We offer full architectural customization—including internal floor plans, wall panel finishes, fenestration types, pre-installed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) pathways, and smart automation systems tailored to international building specifications and regional electrical voltages (110V/220V-240V).

Over 80% of assembly is completed in-house at our Hyderabad factory. Electrical conduits, LED lighting, distribution boards, plumbing lines, modular kitchenettes, and bathroom fixtures are factory-tested and integrated prior to packing for seamless plug-and-play installation.

Units are engineered as modular Flat-Pack sets or Knock-Down components packaged in standard 40ft High-Cube (HQ) shipping containers to minimize ocean freight tariffs. Each bundle is moisture-sealed and crate-protected for long-distance maritime transit.

TEXO modular buildings require simple foundation preparation—such as concrete point piers, perimeter concrete strip footings, or a flat PCC slab. Full structural loading weight data and foundation layout drawings are supplied to the buyer in advance.

Because modules are fully engineered off-site, typical field erection requires 7 to 10 days using a basic mobile crane and local assembly personnel using our detailed 3D step-by-step assembly guides.

Manufacturing turnaround depends on order scale and engineering complexity. Standard porta cabins and container units take 10 to 15 days, while multi-unit resort developments or customized wooden houses average 20 to 35 factory days.

We operate on standard international trade terms including FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), and EXW (Ex-Works). Payment terms typically follow milestone-based Wire Transfers (T/T) or confirmed Irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C).
